1. Placing an Order

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • Please make sure your name, address, phone number, and size are correct before confirming.
  • If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@flaredrip.com with your order number.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as incorrect pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud or abuse, or incomplete/invalid information. If your order is cancelled, we will inform you and refund any payment received.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During high-demand periods (launches, offers, holidays), processing time may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Egypt.
  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on your location.
  • Estimated delivery time within Egypt is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, or situations outside our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, if provided by the courier, a tracking number or tracking link.

5. Order Changes & Cancellation

You can request a change or cancellation before the order is shipped. After dispatch, we cannot modify or cancel it. For changes in size, address, or items, contact us quickly at support@flaredrip.com and include your order number.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1. Eligibility

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.

6.2. Non-returnable items

Some items may be non-returnable, such as heavily worn or damaged items, or customized/special-edition products if clearly stated on the product page.

6.3. Return & exchange process

  1. Email support@flaredrip.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason (size issue, defect, wrong item, etc.).
  2. We will reply with approval (if eligible) and return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will approve an exchange (depending on availability) or a refund/store credit, based on our policy.

6.4. Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, wrong size shipped, manufacturing defect), we will cover or compensate return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong size selected by the customer, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on what is available and agreed. Shipping fees are usually non-refundable. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48–72 hours of receiving the order and include clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging/label. We will review your case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as fast as possible.
