We invest in premium fabrics that stay strong after washing and ironing. We use DTF printing technology so the print doesn’t easily crack, peel, or fade when you follow our care instructions.
What fabric do you use for winter hoodies?
Our winter hoodies are made from a thick, soft, and durable fabric blend chosen for warmth, comfort, and structure. It’s designed to keep you cozy and maintain its shape over time.
Do your hoodies fit true to size?
Our hoodies have a slightly relaxed streetwear fit. In most cases, they fit true to size. For an oversized look, go one size up.
How should I wash and care for my hoodie?
- Wash inside out
- Use cold or mild water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
- Iron inside out and avoid direct heat on the print

How long does delivery take?
Inside Egypt, orders usually arrive within 2–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery time depends on your location and courier conditions.
Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition within 14 days of receiving it. See our Returns & Exchanges section in the Order & Shipping Policy.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging. We will fix the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our policy.
